I stayed in the Hotel & Key in October 2023. I found it a very pleasant experience. The staff, particularly all of the receptionist staff I interacted with were very sociable and polite. All the staff were very proactive to help and demonstrated amazing flexibility in assisting us. The staff at the Lion and Key were very proactive in accommodating myself and my wife in every way they could. The room was very boutique, stylish and comfortable. The Hotel has an amazing ambience and a warm welcoming atmosphere. I most definitely would stay again and will recommend to others.

Very clean, quite, luxuries interior and very friendly staff. Stayed here for one night last summer and now brought my wife and newborn for a whole week. We stayed in a family room which was spacious. The hotel is high standard for London. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurants nearby top it off nicely.

- Front entrance and door to hotel rooms require hotel room key. Front entrance activates after 11pm which is a nice added security layer - The bathroom was clean - Staff were quick to answer my phone calls - Location is GREAT!

- Safe was missing from my room and there weren't any backups to add - No window definitely took me by surprise and made me woozy whenever in room - Cable never worked except for 1 BBC channel - Toilet required rapidly flushing 5x every so often

We recently had a booking at this hotel and I can't speak highly enough of it. The team took great care of our guests and were responsive, helpful and conscientious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I don't know if I can name names on Google for privacy reasons but I will say the front desk/admin staff are impeccable, I really enjoy working with them all.

This hotel was a good place to use as a base during our anniversary break and convenient for getting around. We found our room to be clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. We ate in the hotel restaurant on one night and the food was delicious. We would recommend it.

Stylish, well run, would stay again. Rooms are absolutely immaculate. The domestic cleaners must be extremely high standard at their job. The reception staff are helpful and easily available. There's a bar which is unbelievably good.
